Life and work lessons from a cycling expedition from Alaska to the Andes. Yes, you read that right! A few years ago, Dhruv Bogra, a well known #retail industry leader took off on a #cycling journey which took him 14 months. What's even better is that he wrote a #book about it called 'Grit, Gravel and Gear'. Easily one of my favourite books for #philosophy of #life and #work(and not just travel). So when CROSSWORD BOOK STORES invited me to host a discussion with Dhruv about his book and its lessons, J could not say no 😬😬😬 If you are free this evening7.30pm, Friday 17th July 2020), log into the #Facebook page of Crossword Book Stores and listen to our chat and then ask your questions!

Crossword Bookstores and their publishing arm, The Write Place hosted a series of discussions with authors of books published by them. One of them is the super inspiring Dhruv Bogra, the author of ‘Grit, Gravel and Gear’. The book is an account of Dhruv’s 15 month solo cycling odyssey from Alaska to the Andes.

Sachin had the opportunity to interview one of his role models, that’s Dhruv Bogra, since he loves bicycle touring as well. He also feels that his understanding of storytelling techniques helped him bring out the best stories from Dhruv’s epic journey.
